I build AI/ML systems in production: FastAPI services for LLM and computer vision inference, data pipelines, AWS infrastructure, real-time inference on edge devices. Before AI, I managed a team of 8 people for 8 years. Those are still the skills I rely on most day to day: prioritizing under constraint, communicating clearly, following through on commitments.

  1. Fnac Department Manager · 2015–2023

    Up to 13 people (High Tech and after-sales service, 2 stores): active recruitment, ongoing training, cascading sales and services targets, inventory management (volume, shrinkage). I delivered the best sales figures relative to store size in my first two years.

  2. GoodBarber AI Developer (Internship) · April–June 2023

    Production semantic search engine (Django, sentence-transformers). Shipped in 3 months.

  3. Missia AI/ML Engineer · September 2023–October 2026

    On ElderWatch, I build the calibration and measurement tooling that proves detection actually works: per-decision explain logs, frame-accurate ground truth, and statistical significance bars before trusting a tuning change. I also built missia-qa, our internal labeling tool, entirely on my own.
